- Refunds for standard products will be granted within 5 days of purchase. Because we are an independent project, we will not be refunding Paypal and partner fees.
- "Bodacious Bundle" (Bitchin', Mad Bitchin', Fantabulous, and Glam) items cannot be cancelled and refunded after ordering
- Defective items will be replaced for free as long as there is photographic proof of damages
- Please allow 1-3 months for processing and shipment after pre-orders close. This can be anywhere from November 2021 to January 2022
